Return & Refund Policy

At BurnerShop NZ, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, repairs, replacements, and refunds.

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product you receive is:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Significantly different from its description
  • Incorrectly supplied

please contact us as soon as possible at hello@burnershop.co.nz

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

We offer change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

  • Used gas stoves or burners
  • Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage
  • Special-order or custom-order products
  • Clearance or end-of-line products marked as non-returnable
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email hello@burnershop.co.nz
  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue or reason for return
  4. Attach photos where applicable

Do not return products without contacting us first. we will Book a shipping for pickup at your door- NO EXEPTIONS. Once we Received the item and examined we will 

make the refund to the original payment method.

Any Shipping and Card Processing Fees Will be Deducted for all refunds  other than Manufacture Warranty Refunds.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Faulty Products

All Products sold at Burnershop has a Manufacture Warranty Which Covers All Manufacture Defects. This Does not include any in use damage or Physical damages

Change-of-Mind Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and Refunds

Original Shipping Fee, Return Pickup Fee and Any Payment Processing Fee will Be Deducted From these Refunds.

BurnerShop NZ cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
